With 34 years of experience, Dinamik Isı has made it its mission to become one of the most reliable solution partners for its stakeholders. It has continuously strived for improvement and remains focused on achieving the highest quality in its products and services. As the company adds new investments every year, its experienced team, human-centered approach, and needs-driven work system allow it to look confidently towards the future. Since beginning its industrial investments in 2004, Dinamik Isı continues to make strategic moves backed by the trust and financial and moral support of its 175,971 domestic and foreign investor partners, who have purchased shares based on the company’s 34-year history. As stated in its prospectus, the company is committed to continuing these investments with new initiatives in the coming years.
Operating in the construction and installation sectors, Dinamik Isı has been serving as a supplier, distributor, importer, representative, and industrialist for 34 years. The company started its commercial life in 1991 and entered the insulation sector in 1993, focusing its efforts in this area. From 1994 onward, the company decided to specialize solely in insulation. In 1997, Dinamik Isı established the “Insulation Consultancy Center,” similar to those created by governments in Western countries to provide insulation consulting services, filling another gap in the industry.
Between 1993 and 2003, the company worked as a marketing firm, partly producing insulation accessories like insulation suspension pins, plastic plugs, and cold room nails. In 2003, the company made a strategic investment decision and started the production of CLIMAFLEX polyethylene insulation materials and DYNAJACKET valve and fitting jackets in 2004, gaining its industrial identity.

In 2004, Dinamik Isı also began importing elastomeric rubber foam insulation products, introducing a new segment to the HVAC market. In 2005, the company launched ISOPIPE UV-resistant rubber foam products. In 2006, the company expanded its product range by adding mineral wool insulation products from a world-renowned manufacturer. That year, it also began exporting polyethylene foam products under the DYNAFLEX brand. Dinamik Isı’s success in export was recognized in 2008 with the “Most Significant Export Growth” award from the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry.

Focusing on quality in all of its products and services, Dinamik Isı earned the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System certification from Bureau Veritas in 2005, confirming its commitment to quality. The certification was updated in 2010 to ISO 9001:2008. The company is also environmentally conscious and holds the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification.

In 2006, the company expanded its polyethylene production capacity by adding a second production line for Climaflex products. This year also saw the introduction of the DYNAPROFIL brand, a new product line for packaging used in furniture, electronics, machinery, etc. In 2007, it built a new warehouse with an area of 2,600 m2 and introduced the DYNAAKUSTIK brand with fire-resistant acoustic foam products. It also began producing multi-purpose tapes under the DYNATAPE brand for the HVAC sector.

By 2008, the company introduced DYNAFLEX RUBBER and expanded its range of HVAC insulation products. The company also developed specialized engineering solutions for various environments and comfort conditions, introducing new products such as DYNAFLEX-AL, DYNAFLEX PVC AL-CLAD, and DYNAFLEX AL-PLUS.

In 2009, Dinamik Isı began production of polystyrene foam used for floor and wall insulation in thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 10mm, under its DYNAFOAM brand. The company also expanded its production capabilities in the automotive, electronics, and white goods industries, adding new machines for laminating, cutting, and slicing foam materials, and moved its operations into a new facility, increasing the total production area to 9,000 m2.

In 2010, the company made another major investment in an XPS insulation production plant, which was completed in June 2011 under the DYNAFOAM BOARD brand. The company continued to grow by investing in new machinery for die-cutting, slicing, and measuring, and in 2014 and 2015, it increased its polyethylene production capacity to 5,000 tons per year and became the only company in Turkey capable of producing polyethylene sheets up to 25mm thick in a single layer.

Following further expansions, in 2015, Dinamik Isı integrated its management system with ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications. In 2016, it began producing high-density floor seals used in furniture and upholstery under the DynaProfil EDGE brand, and by the end of 2017, the company had expanded its capacity with new investments in elastomeric foam production.

In 2020, Dinamik Isı achieved its goal of becoming a publicly traded company on the Istanbul Stock Exchange, with its shares trading under the DNISI code since September 2020. In 2021, it expanded its operations with a new elastomeric rubber foam production facility in Tire, which started mass production in May 2022.

In 2022, a solar energy system (GES) was installed on the roof of the new elastomeric foam plant, with a capacity of 2.056 MWp, generating 3,000,000 kWh of electricity annually. Additionally, solar panels were installed on the roofs of its other plants, increasing its total energy generation capacity to 6.7 million kWh.

Today, Dinamik Isı’s continued growth, both in terms of product development and environmental sustainability, is evident in its commitment to meeting the diverse needs of the insulation and HVAC sectors, making it one of Turkey’s most innovative and reliable producers. The company will continue to invest in the future and contribute to the country’s economic and industrial growth.
