Dynaflex Rubber Elastomeric Rubber Foam Insulation Products are produced with a closed-cell structure and a density of 50-70 kg/m³. Due to their high resistance to vapor diffusion, they are excellent insulation materials for use in HVAC and refrigeration systems.

The thermal conductivity coefficient is significantly related to the amount of elastomeric material used. When insulation material is used in low densities, heat transfer is noticeably observed through convection and radiation. As density increases, heat transfer through convection and radiation decreases. However, the heat transfer through conduction increases in the same proportion. The correct density is the point at which heat transfer through conduction equals that through radiation and convection, providing the best insulation. Beyond this point, thermal conductivity increases, and the insulation properties worsen.

High thermal conductivity arises from two reasons: high density and very small cell structure, or low density (which means lower production cost) and large cell structure. In both cases, insulation materials with poor insulating properties are obtained. As mentioned earlier, excellent insulation is achieved when there is a correct balance between the closed-cell size and the number of cells per unit area. Dynaflex-Rubber products are manufactured at an optimum ratio of 100-120 cells/cm² and a density of 50-70 kg/m³, providing the most efficient insulation results.

In environments where air quality is crucial, such as hospitals, sports centers, schools, shopping malls, offices, etc., both the quality of the insulation material and its properties are of great importance. Insulation materials that fail to meet the required technical values cause significant issues over time, reducing the air quality in the environment.

At the meeting points of two airflows with different temperatures and relative humidity levels, a partial pressure difference is created due to temperature and relative humidity variations, leading to moisture flow. In regions with low surface temperatures, condensation occurs. Over time, mold, mildew, and other undesirable conditions can emerge in the system's surroundings and mix with the air. To avoid all these issues, the correct density insulation materials should be selected.

DYNAFLEX® RUBBER / PIPE Dynaflex-Rubber elastomeric rubber foam pipes are produced within minimum and maximum tolerances to ensure proper and accurate installation. This ensures more efficient and easier insulation. It is an indispensable product for insulation in ventilation and air conditioning systems. In addition to the standard material, options with Aluminum foil-coated and PVC+Aluminum foil-coated products are also available.

Construction Position No: 241.400

DYNAFLEX® RUBBER PVC AL/CLAD PIPE This product is obtained by applying PVC+Aluminum foil to the elastomeric rubber foam pipe.

Construction Position No: 241.2000

DYNAFLEX® RUBBER / AL PIPE Dynaflex-Rubber pipes, laminated with aluminum foil, achieve very high vapor diffusion coefficients, eliminating condensation issues in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The aluminum foil protects the rubber material against adverse weather conditions in outdoor environments, providing ideal insulation. The aluminum foil thickness is 120 microns.
